Pet Care services At Home Pet Care

For nearly two years my family has used At Home Pet Care services to manage our menagerie of four dogs and one cat. We had all the usual concerns about responsibility, reliability and trust issues of our pets' caregiver. In addition, with so many pets, some with severe medical conditions, we were initially cautious. Immediately we knew we had NO worries!!!! Our communication with our caregiver continues to be fantastic and the care she provides is outstanding. I honestly don't know what we would do without her. Our dogs have grown so accustomed to her daily visits to exercise them, and her "report cards" reflect how carefully she observes their activity and behavior. This service takes the guilt out of being away for a long work day. It also buys you some time to stop and do your errands on the way home!

AHPC is the perfect answer to our needs. We have a cat collection, 7 fish, a turtle and a dog. Before finding AT HOME we were never really confident that all was well with "our family" when we were out of town. We no longer include that one big concern on our worry list. Another great vacation thanks to Jana and AHPC! We can't have a good time if we are worrying about our 2 dogs and 2 cats, each with very different personalities and needs. The report cards are great! Jana left details that we were able to share with our vet about our dogs' on-going health issues. It was so nice to come home to happy, healthy loved ones. Jana collected the mail and newspaper, left a light and ceiling fan on for us and watered the tomato plant! On this last vacation we were on a trip out of the country where we could not be reached by phone. Having a pet caregiver that truly cares about our pets AND enjoys being with them is priceless! I just wanted to say Remi has done a fantastic job with our two cats. We’re not even arriving home until tomorrow but I can tell she has done a wonderful job based on the way our two guys are behaving in the pictures. As time has progressed the pictures have revealed they have clearly become comfortable with her. My cats were both picked up on the streets without their mothers when they were under two months old. They were at a shelter staffed fully by volunteers for months during a pandemic which minimized human contact as. They size you up first before trusting you and giving you their approval. They obviously have given Remi their seal of approval

I have nothing but amazing things to say about your services. You and Carol took such good care of Leo. I loved the pictures and daily updates. I could tell how content and happy Leo was and how genuine you both were. Normally he stays with friends/family and when we get back he is extra anxious (on top of being super excited of course) and can take him a bit to adjust, but this time, he was honestly just plain excited. I have no doubt it’s because of your care and him being able to stay home(and all the ball playing!). In addition, the complimentary services you provide (grabbing mail, bringing trash cans up/down, watering plants, watering our lawn even) may seem like minor things, but knowing you don’t have rearrange to have someone do those things takes a huge stress off of vacationing. And we all know how stressful it is to plan care for house/pets while on vacation. You made it completely stress free for us! I have already recommended your services to several friends and family who have upcoming trips! Thank you so much!l
